Designing a new mobile app and ordering experience for A&W.
Using A&W's existing brand and imagery, I worked with a cross disciplinary team in an agile workflow to create a design system, initial wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes for a new mobile ordering app.
The following user flows for members and guests (non-account holders) were designed:
Account creation
Account management
Navigation
Restaurant selection
Menu
Order and customize
Checkout and pay

The renewed A&W mobile app was developed by Deloitte, and launched in July 2023 with positive reception from users and the business.
